Default www.troutcatchers.co.uk customer service !!

i ordered some new felt soles from troutcatchers only for them to arrive with the bottom of the contact adhesive tube burst open , the adhesive was all over the soles and rendered them totally useless as both sides were covered in it , i contacted troutcatchers ,who promptly apologised, i received yet another e-mail as below which arrived in my inbox yesterday...4/5/2011

Dear Mr King,

Once again apologies for this manufacturing error, Snowbee also apologise. They are arranging for to exchange your item as soon as they possibly can.

Many Thanks Again

Best Regards

Nick

Default Re: www.troutcatchers.co.uk customer service !!

shows what a good company should be like , when they can even take the time to thankyou for your effort in praising them, something a lot of LARGE companies should look at a proper customer service.... the e-mail i received from Nick at Troutcatchers...

Dear Bruce, that is an excellent recommendation and I really thank you for it, especially when the original product was sent and was not suitable for purpose, we do try to give great customer service. It also helps having good relations with suppliers (and Snowbee are one of the best), it is as important as the products they supply - we do need to have the support if there are any problems (as you have just experienced).

I will pass this link & your comments to Snowbee to thank them for helping with the resolution.

All the best & thank you again

Nick.

again praise where its deserved ,thanks to both parties involved

Can only agree with you Bruce. Placed an order with troutcatchers and part of the order was for Snowbee gear. Got email saying no Snowbee gear in stock, other gear being sent from troutcatchers with Snowbee sending their gear directly to me. Troutcatcher gear arrived 2 days later with the Snowbee arriving 3 days after that. Just niice to be kept informed and costs nothing via email.
