Default Midlands Reservoirs Info needed

Hi everybody!

I'm planning a trip to Warwickshire in my upcoming week off work but for once the interweb has failed me regards information about one or two of the places I'd like to fish.

Does anyone fish Draycote/Pittsford/Ravensthorpe regularly or have any of you been to one of them recently and can tell me roughly what the price of a day fishing them is?

Apparently Severn Trent are nothing like Northumbrian Water who provide loads of info on their fisheries!
Their website is rubbish! Most places these days seem to have a nice informative website but these waters don't provide much information at all!
Any help would be gratefully recieved!
Cheers
Ben

Try here...Anglian Water | Home | Leisure | What to do | Fishing Pitsford and Ravensthorpe are Anglian Waters, not Severn Trent.

Just back from fishing the above, plus Rutland. Will post a report later.

See the report on Draycote in the stillwater section.

Or give Craig Barr a call at the fishery 01788 812 018

Probably why the web has failed me!

Be very interested to hear your report though! never fished any of them before and any ideas are always welcome when attempting a new water!

You won't go wrong fishing Draycote at this time of year its always been good and overshadowed by the bigger boys Grafham and Rutland, but for my money its much more consistent with massive buzzer hatches from now right through June.

I fished Ravensthorpe a couple of weeks ago in the very hot spell of weather we had and didn't touch a fish all day. Having said that, I have only fished there at this time of year previously and under "normal" conditions i.e not hot/bright sun, the fish will be on big buzzers and maybe olives now so great nymph sport can be had.
