Wink Rain?

Rain? Heck's Bells Man ... I'd like to see it actually warm up above 60 degrees (15.5 C?) . Last few days we were at/below freezing at 0600.

Rant over.

It's the same here PC, rivers are desperate, and this flaming wind is driving me mad.
It is forecast VERY windy for Tuesday in North Yorkshire as well.

Lucky old you, with the rain (not the car!) I mean. We are longing for rain here in the Borders, nowt in the rivers, having to water the garden (although existing plants seems to have survived rather well on the dew).

The arrival of my nehews will signal the start of 10 days of relentless rain. I want to take them fishing & sailing but can imagine them, cringing indoors with their laptops, wishing they were back in USA, and me lugging coal buckets in and out to keep the blazing fire going. Turning on the central heating, Jack turning it off again....

More than us Icky, we've had half a day of rain in the past 2 months in North Hampshire. It seems that every time the weather forcasters predict rain moving in, it never does..... Have to say I find it quite worrying

Regards
Peter
