Hey all,

I want to try something different tomorrow and want to maybe go for pike... only caught a small Jack before and would like to target them specifically with the fly.

Anyone know of any still waters around the central belt that would allow pike fishing?

Not of the Midland Reservoirs open for pike fishing until later in the year, try Chew Valley, more pike than trout!

There speaks a man who knows naff all about Chew this year. I fished the third day from a boat with a friend, and despite his being a total novice at boat fishing we still put in excess of 60 fish in the boat between us. All bar one released I hasten to add. It's still fishing remarkably well from what I hear.
