Hi all,
Two or three years ago I started fly casting for trout on a reservoir in Lancs (had also done it when I was younger), however thanks to a new baby at home and a change with work I had to pretty much put it on the backburner.
I'm looking to get back on track now and take some tuition in flycasting and general trout fishing (mainly on still waters/reservoirs). I see from a bit of searching that an instructor called Mike Roden (sp) seems to be quite prominent in Lancs, has anybody any experience with him or indeed any other casting/trout fishing instructors in the Lancashire/South Lakes area?
For what it's worth I suppose I would be looking initially at say a half day or even a days tuition.

I had a lesson with Chris68 and have met him several times. He's a great guy, has a good way of teaching and he made a hell of a lot of difference to my casting.
No hesitation in recommending him. I also know other people who were very happy with their lessons.

Mike is a great guy and instructor, he is also a GIAC assessor and has many years experience of instruction. He can also catch a fish or two.
