Having just snapped my sage 9ft #8 rplxi on the weekend, it was a 2nd hand gift so not covered by the warranty. I am looking to purchase a new rod to replace it but what rod would be similar as i loved the action etc of the rod. Budget is up to £400 so any ideas fellas. I was currently using it for sea trout and salt water fly fishing on the odd occasion. I was thinking hardy demon but not sure.

His own rods are pretty special too so you could have a chat with him about a replacement

I know how you feel, i snapped my loop rod a few weeks back. Try the Hardy zenith. Get in touch with Gromitt on here, great deals from him.
