Hi everyone, I hope you are all having a fantastic Easter!

I am thinking about fishing Glensherup for the first time ever (my preference is for bank fishing) - does anyone have any tip/suggestions as to successful nymph type flies to try (I imagine buzzers...)?

Also I plan to carry on fishing on a catch and release basis should I catch my limit - I am wondering therefore if I should perhaps take my 7wt rod rather my 5wt (I like to play my fish as quickly as possible if they are to be released)?
