I've been offered a great deal on some Kamasan B270 doubles in size 12+14's. I'm assuming that the 14's fit the international rules gauge but what about the 12's??

Yes of course he is wrong. Even if he had unequivocal approval from any woman, who probably was not even there. If she was, he is in even more doodoo than I thought.
