The Westcountry Angling Passport has some (very) small stream fishing on the Fal and Tresillian Westcountry Angling Passport - Flexible day permits, for quality game and coarse fishing in Cornwall and Devon

Colliford up on Bodmin Moor is a big open brown trout only water which is well worth a look. The closest ressy will be Stithians which I know nothing about at all. Have a look in the South West Lakes Trust site - A conservation and leisure charity in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset

The Fowey at Lostwithiel would have sea trout in July if you could only pop out for a few hours at night
