Will be ok.
row to upwind end, and when you get there stop a while and look down wind, the bank with the most wave movement on it is the one to drift down.(is where most food will be)
Given that weather forecast for tomorrow is good (sunshine and light breezes) parts of bank on rougher water side,(most wave movement) with tree cover are worth concentrating on, as is the end of the water (dam wall or inlet points)
As day progresses olives might appear on calmer side of water, usually 11 o'clockish onwards till 2 pm. keep you eyes on sheltered side at these times, and move as soon as you see signs of fish movement.
after 2 pm ish, get back to bank with most wave disturbance, and you will catch.
tips for novice boat fisherman.
dont stand up unless you have too.
dont lean over thwarts(edge of boat)
make sure you have good oars and rowlocks before you leave jetty.
set boat on drift with heaviest part (ie engine end) on outside of drift
wear the lifejackets provided.
make sure you have long handled net.
dont let your line sink under boat ever!
keep your tackle dry.(can imagine a few comments on that one)
if anchoring/drougeing make sure rope is tied securely!
millions more bits of advice, but you will learn with experience.
