Default Tying Lessons

Hello all I thought I would let you know that I had a great lesson with Ben and learnt more in a few hours than I have tried to learn in 2 years myself, I would like to thank Ben for the help and gifts and taking the trouble to come all the way to help me. A true Gent and it was really great to meet him. Thank you Ben . Jack . . .

Jack, an absolute pleasure and a pleasant morning spent with you in what is a rather enviable 'man-cave' full of fishing gear, fly tying gear, golf clubs and air rifles.

Hope to see you again soon for a session on Hanningfield!

Ben (still stuck in Nassau with two broken fishing rods)

Past Swindon, hang a left out over the Atlantic, down through the Upper 48 States, down over the Lower 48, over Florida and touch down in Nassau, Bahamas.

'Tis a hard life.

I tell you what, Jack is a pleasure just to 'hang out' with. His wife makes a killer cup of tea and his rescue greyhound is an absolute peach too.

well worth a visit just for that

Ben

Hi Chelsea yes it was really good of Ben to take all the trouble of helping me and it has made a great difference as a lot of the gear I never knew what they were for and now I am practising and getting on well, I have made a few Hares Ears but no where near as perfect as the ones Ben showed me to tie but it is getting there.
