Default Glasses / clip ons: lens colour??

Hi...I'm finding that I can't function without glasses anymore! Was considering overglasses/clip-ons (cocoons seem to get a reasonable press) but wondered what the more experienced might recommend in terms of lens colour? Thanks

Idealy you should have 3 sets, amber, mid grey/brown and dark grey/brown.
Amber for low light at dusk and dawn or cloudy, mid for semi cloud bright day and dark for bright sunshine, height of day when light is strongest. Down side, I have to take mine of when trying to find out what colour flies are coming of the water, more so with the amber.

You could get a pair of prescription glasses, dedicated for fishing. I have some amber ones that are polarised and photochromic - so they go lighter or darker according to the light levels.
