anyone fished the kielder resevoir ?? looked it up on thier site but was unable to download the pdf files about the rules
there was one file about any type fishing does that mean any legal method of fishing ?? does it allow worms ? is it fly only from the boats ?

you can boat fish but it would pay you to book one.
bait and fly also am told some nice pike in there as well.

Its an any method fishery. No c&r when bait fishing or fishing sunken boobies, otherwise its any legal method. Brown trout season is 1st May to 31st October. As far as I am aware there are no restrictions on the methods from the boat either. Just make sure its not forecast to be too windy if you are intending to go out on a boat, can get pretty rough & can also be cancelled. Minimum of two in a boat.
