There is usually a short-cut key for every laptop, which can be any one of Fn+4 to Fn+8, it usually shows two screens on one of the number keys, just Fn+<Num> (and repeat until the right display mode is selected). However, this assumes that you have the right software for your laptop installed.
The other option is to look at your display adapter settings via Start -> Control Panel -> Display. On the Settings tab you should see both screens and their respective resolutions. Clicking on the Advanced button takes you to a new window where you can see a several tabs, one will be for your display adapter (e.g. Intel, nVidia, etc.) and either it will be here or you can launch you display adapter settings tool.
The Fn+<Num> is the easier route, but both work ...
Hope this helps
