Default Good website for fly types?

ANyone know a good website which shows you fly patters and, especially, when to use them in during the year, and in which situations.
I have to confess to a real ignorance when it comes to flies. I have a general understanding, but when it gets down to the nitty gritty...

What are you fishing for, & where ? Tarpon, grayling, Brown trout, Carp......

Have a look at the hatch charts here

Fly tying, Trout Flies, Salmon fly fishing, tackle, fishing fly tying tools, materials, supplies

The password is hawthorn.

Google 'Caithness Quality Flies', they have all their flies listed with photographs.
