Default nice rod

hi guys just been to a small still water to try my new sk3 #4/5 8ft 6.
and what a joy to cast very forgiving even for a sloppy caster like me had no probs casting 15m of line which is pretty good for me.
really nice rod.
just out of curiosity how far you guys throwing a line, and is 15m not very good or is it ok what would be a good distance for a #4/5

Terry

Sounds like a good rod Terry. I'm a big fan of the Sonik rods, although all mine are 9' 6" versions. I'd been thinking of getting a lighter one for dry fly on small stillwaters. Good to hear that they're nice to cast!

Tight Lines
