Was out for around 6 hours today, had one suicidal brownie but had a good day getting to grips with casting & getting a bit of distance together with getting the line to lie flat(ish)
Out of the 6 hours I probably spent half that time or more trying to put everything I've learnt so far into practice, the fish came in the last hour so probably jumped on out of sympathy.
I've got two half day lessons coming up in the next 4 weeks at Raygill with David Henderson, so I'm sure that will put right anything I've been doing wrong.
