HOOK is on a distinguished road
Default Magnetic Tippet Threader

Hello All, last season I struggled trying to thread the nylon through the hook eye so I'm all set for this season with new specks and a 20/20 Magnetic Tippet Threader, I tried it out earlier tonight went straight through first time the cost was £11 plus deliver as I'm getting older I also shake more so this looks a good buy for me.

Regards Robbie

I have one Robbie, I tried it, but couldn't get to grips with it, probably just me.
I have just got new specs though, brilliant.

Got one hanging off the vest somewhere, it only seems to work with size 12's and 14's for me - waiting for new goggles to arrive.

They do work (as long as the eye of the fly isn't clogged up - or covered in thread like most of my tyings).

And at this price, you can't refuse 20/20 MAGNETIC TIPPET THREADER - fishing fly threader on eBay (end time 28-Mar-11 15:52:27 BST).

regards,

Doc

I got one last year and it worked really well in terms of threading small flies however you still have to tie the knot!!
