Default Rivers in the South

What are your favourite rivers in the South of England for Brownies and Grayling?

Also are there any okay rivers down there that have a run of sea trout and/or salmon?

When I say south I really mean the midlands and south. Anything from Nottingham and below is really South to me.

Cheers,
John
