Default AAPGAI Advice

I have decided to work towards the provisional and advanced AAPGAI certification and will be mentored by an AAPGAI master.

I am looking for advice on literature in either books or dvds that would help?

All advice welcome.

Kind Regards

To be honest, I wouldn't bother, the standard is much higher than you'd ever get from a book or DVD anyway, and there's every chance you'll be picking up a bad habit from the author. Besides, you'll learn much much more from your mentor anyway. Go to the open day, you'll see what the standard is, you can be assessed to see where you are now, and how far you need to progress.

Good Luck!

Do you not have a list of recommended reading, My thoughts would be that Lefty Kreh, Joan Wulff, Al Buhr, Jason Borger and Al Kyte would only improve the knowledge needed

there are a few good books, but the FFF intro to fly fishing is the only one i ever found directly useful, pretty much the 5 principles just, used to be 2 dollars, and the website is a pretty broad resource.
