Can you let us know where you are fishing, with what rod, leader and flies, and for what target species ? The advice anglers give will depend a lot on these variables.

I would not recommend this Airflo line.Sinkers yes. Floaters never.

steer clear of airflo floaters-not tried any of the new ones but the older ones(which i would imagine this is) coil badly

The reason these lines are so cheap at the moment is that they are old stock. Airflo have just released a new, and hopefully improved, version of their 40+ lines.
There have been "issues" with the join between the running line and the head in the older model which have been well documented on this forum.
I have several of the 40+ lines, and have just ordered one of the new 40+Di 7s. However I would not recommend their floater.
If you are after a good floater which won't break the bank, as mentioned in the previous response, contact the Pirate. damn good lines at silly money!

You could even try a DT6 floater for buzzer fishing, a 7 rated rod will work well with 12-13 yards of DT6 out and you will get nice delicate presentation.

Like the other guys, I can also recommend Pitsford Pirate's lines. Barrio and Steve Parton might be others to look at.

Somewhat depressingly, the advice about avoiding Airflo floating lines has a long history and is still current, although their intermediate and sinking lines are very good.
