Default Billy Bugs?

while fishing at parkview fishery in fife everyone was catching fish with what they called billy bugs.what the hell are they and where can i buy some?

I'm not 100% sure of this one but maybe it's just another name/term for a okey-dokey fly?.If it is then loads of places sell them
