If you could give us a bit more info' it would help.
Where are you fishing?
Still water or river?
trout or salmon?
stockies or wildies?

You need somewhere to fish first. That will help you decide on what your quarry will be. Knowing where you will fish and what the species are will then let you decide on techniques you will use and that will help you decide on the flies you will need.

Let us know where and for what you hope to be fishing and the kind folk on this forum will help you along nicely.

the gear you have seems better suited to stillwater fishing. The obvious items you havnt mentioned are leader material and flies.May be worth your while going to the local library(before they all close)and search out some books.Try going to a fishery with a shop -they can reccommend the best flies for that water and you can pick their brains-never be afraid to ask questions
Also have you picked up the basics for casting-important

You will find that your tackle is perfect for stillwater fishing but a little heavy for the river, but don't let that keep you away from the river. You will need to pay attention to your leader and how you cast to make sure you don't scare the fish when fishing in the river Don. You will find it best to use the floating line on the river.

Visit this blog and this blog for some insight.

Go fishing once the season starts and keep coming on here for any answers you might need as you progress.
