Default New Fishery, Dunfermline area?

I heard a rumour today of a new fishery opening/being built near Dunfermline, has anyone heard of this?

Gary

I heard it's being made from scratch, but I can't think for the life of where about. I was told it was in the hills between Dunfermline and Rosyth; I can only assume it's near the RSPB centre or hillend.

Evening folks....

Sounds like you are talking about the area that has just been dug out, its just before Lathalmond estate.

Few years back, it was dug out, and left but recently there has been a flurry off activity and is being developed. I have been told that it is to be a fishery.

If you google map 'Lathalmond, Dunfermline' and its where the B915 starts, running horizontal as you look at it. The area thats been dug out is on the north side of the road.

I also saw a article a few months back in the local paper about a new fishery development!

Will keep tabs on this!

As Mitchwell states, it's near the M90 Lathalmond estate.

Google Map: Lathalmond, Dunfermline - Google Maps

The B915 left to right, under the bridge, just after the sharp left at the Lilliehill/Townhill junction, turning on the left to the fishery. That's handy
