Question hardy demon 5000 reel
hi guys could i get away with a wf#8 line and backing on the reel, i dont really want to invest in another reel at this moment in time

in a word yes, as I have an 8# midge tip on one of my demon spools. Just not a lot of backing

Hi, Unless you are a fantastic caster 30yds plus, cut 10ft off running part of line, you will get an aufull lot of backing on for the sacrifice.
