Hi all,
i have been making furled leaders for 6 months now, but sometimes have trouble creating the shorb loop.

if anyone has any advice i would be much appreciated. i typically attach a small tippet ring (2.5 mm) at the tippet end and attempt to create a shorb loop at the butt end. it seems that i am unable to keep the tension in the furled butt end.

No worries,like i said mrtrout is your best bet,he also sells them on here.I don't river fish but his leaders are by all accounts excellent and allot of experienced rivers anglers on here swear by them
