I went along yesterday and had a thoroughly enjoyable few hours at the lodge where 3 manufacturers had their wares on display.
I was really impressed with some of the rods on view to try, in particular the Snowbee 10'8" Switch rod!! If distance is your desire this is a remarkable rod even I managed to cast any entire 5 weight line out of the tip ring. It can be used as either a single or double handed rod.
The Greys "Carnivore" 9' 10# was also a bit special and ideal for Pike and can be used in Salt Water.

Well done AW a great day out and FREE entry to spend your money was a bonus!!

I went too, some good on show......especially the 10' 7wt Prestige....at about £200, as good as any rod costing £500-600.
