Hi Everyone,

I've just been talking to an insider at the Atlantic Salmon Trust - he tells me that there is some serious bargain fishing still without bids on this year's auction, which closes from Monday (the end times are staggered over a couple of days).

In fact - knowing I occasionally post on here - and that I had made some bids myself - he asked if I would publicise the fact for him.

So here it is. Of course, most importantly, I support the cause wholeheartedly - and I am sure that you all do to.

Most surprising is that the lot for sea trouting in Argentina is still unbid.
