Anyone know why I can't attach pictures to my postings? i did start putting some albums together then realised I couldn't attach any pics to the postings so I gave up and had another bottle instead

You need to upload them somewhere first - either staright into a personnal gallery here on FFF or to another hosting service such as photobucket (I use the former). Then you post a link which automatically displays the pic in your post (hit the post image icon when you're writing a message). Hope that helps.

Tried again and this is the message I get even though I have uploaded a couple
"You do not have any photos uploaded to the gallery or no images match the filtering options set."

Are you trying to upload them to a gallery here on FFF? - I forgot to mention that you'll probably have to re-size them first (780 x 780).

I can see the photos in your profile album - so you must be doing it right - did you re-size first or the the forum take care of it? I find re-sizing images manually works best.

Hi no I resized them in photoshop uploaded a few then tried to add them to a posting as a test but keep getting the message

"You do not have any photos uploaded to the gallery or no images match the filtering options set."

In the posting rules box I am also getting the message
"You may not post attachments"
so I don't know if that is what the problem is.

Don't add images as an attatchment. Use this button here (Circled)


Then a box will open and you enter the full path to where the image is Example: http://www.lvlacleod/images/Untitled-101.jpg is where the image below is.


Also, what image format are you trying to upload? jpg, png, bmp?
