It depends. What are you going to use it for? In what thicknesses?
For toothy critters it is okay but you need two pairs of pliers to get the knots tight and plenty of spit. It certainly turns over well but for ordinary British freshwater fishing you are better off with a combination of normal monofilament and co-polymer for the tippets.
With melted ends it makes very good eyes for shrimps and crabs if you are tying up tropical saltwater flies.
