Sorry if this has been covered before.

Several venues I know, sell day tickets by half and full day, half day being six hours and a full day dawn to dusk with no hourly rates. Some venues only sell full day tickets.
For 3 months of the year, dawn to dusk is only 8 hours at best.

I realise that fishery owners have to make a living and there are fewer fly fisherman around in winter. But might there not more fisherman around if the prices were proportional to summer hours?
