Default Hardy Fly Rod Renovation

I have a Hardy 9'3" graphite fly rod, the rings were replaced some time ago, but with wrong type (lined rings), now looking to find a rod builder who can change them back to the hard chrome snake originals and gen clean up the blank & handle.
Grateful for any advice
