Had my first trip of 2011 today. Myself and The Rook headed down to Alderneuk this morning. Had an absolutely fantastic day as usual and the place was fishing its head off. Gin clear water and the fish fought like hell

I like how you UK boys are so easy to go fishing and look out after each other. In the US its hard to get a good friend to go let alone someone you dont know. I like the idea of these competions and clubs as well. Have a great season guys. Nice brown, hope I start out the year like that!
