Has anyone used a guy called Steve Morr to buy Tungsten beads for fly tying from? His prices seem very reasonable (compared to shop prices for beads which are horrific).
He has a Website- Tungsten beads, fly tying, cones, dumbells, fishing - Home which is a bit rubbish but it says to email him with orders (or buy on ebay) The Problem with buying on ebay is if you are say buying one pack each of say 4 types of bead you will be charged 4 times postage, whereas a single order via email the postage will be less.

a) Are his beads OK? any comments?
b) Is he reliable- I have emailed an order twice to him now and received no reply which makes me wary.

Hi Kenny. I dont know Steve's beads so can't comment. However i do know that a lot of people on this site (including myself) use Joel at Tungsten beads . co . UK . His service and prices are second to none. The main thing for me is his beads are the best around imho. Send him a email and he'll reply quickly and will help any way he can. He's a member on here and well respected. Hope this helps.

Hi Kenny, I've used SMflymans eBay store for hooks and beads and been very happy with the products and service. I placed an order and messaged him for a combined postage which was very reasonable and quick. I would definitely recommend him.

Just to say I ordered through Joel, very prompt response and goods arrived on Saturday as ordered and I am sure £1 cheaper than I calculated it as- so very pleased. Highly recommended- thanks for the tip. Not sure why SM Flyman never replies to my emails- I will be content to use Joel for future orders.
