I am seeking advice on CZN rod choice and I am looking specifically at the Vision Cult rods. I like them and I like the price.
I fish a variety of rivers for primarily rainbow trout but large lake run browns and steelhead out of Lake Ontario. I have plenty of excellent dry fly rods, wet fly rods and streamer rods of all sizes. This past season I used a 9ft for CZN and on the larger rivers it was clear 9ft is too short for the sweeping gravel runs I frequent for stream trout.

Then there is steelhead which we often fish with small nymphs and egg flies. In winter the steehead are often caught on flies down to size #16. A powerful rod is not for this game.

I am considering several Cult rods. !0ft #3, !0ft #4, !0ft 8" #3 and 11'1" #4.

VISION - IN FLY FISHING: Rods singles, Cult

Can someone who may know these rods assist me in my selection please? I can't handle the rods before I purchase as the only dealer in the USA is on the Pacific coast.
