Overall I'm now broadly in favour of Mr Green and the image of fishing he presents. But, as an angler, watching him fishing for Colorado River Rainbows on their spawning redds this week ****** me right off. As for the so-called guide, he should be hanged by his todger impaled on a large hook, from the nearest tree.....

I can't lower myself to join even if it is for what would be deemed the right reason.

Surely he hasn't set that up himself or if he has then I suspect he has serious egotistical problems that are far greater than first expected. If a "fan" has set it up then I suspect they have greater stalker potential than first expected.

I guess that his 'people' (I.E. management) set this up. Nearly all bands and celebs have their own website with a forum these days.

I watched that and thought the same - the ones he caught were really dark too. For someone who keeps saying he's been fly fishing for 30 years, (a) he can't fish very well and (b) he didn't even bat an ey lid at fishing for spawning fish

They do the same on our salmon rivers at the back end, nothing new in that/catch some like kippers all ready to spawn full of eggs and milt
