Just caught this new show on Setanta. 6 part series where chef tries to catch a fish on the fly and then cooks it up. Kevin Dundon catching trout in the Dodder in Dublin and cooking them up in a Teriaki marinade.

Not a bad show, on at Tuesday's 10pm.
