Hi all, please see here for the final report on the first two years of "Trout in the Town" which was, at the time, funded by the Esmee Fairbairn foundation and Wild Trout Trust funds.

Its always good to let people know how their money has been spent so that they can weigh up whether they are happy with donating to a cause. Hopefully people will see that (with reference to section 2.2 in the report) we delivered quite a lot more than what we were funded to do for no additional cost.

Other areas of interest should be to note that we actively look to learn lessons (Section 4) and adapt to new information (we are constantly evolving through experience).

Please consider becoming a member of the WTT, it only costs the same as one or two pints of beer per month (£3) and we translate that into loads of practical work for rivers and the people who look after them in the UK.
