I placed an order with Ian last Friday, both items were out of stock.

However, not wanting to disappoint a customer, he arranged with his supplier to send the goods direct to me,

With the nations transport system in chaos, I was not expecting the order to arrive before Christmas,

I shouldnt have worried, goods arrived this morning

I'm impressed too!! We have had a nightmare with deliveries over the last few weeks.

Sme of the delays are genuinely down to bad conditions but some of them are down to bad service fromt he couriers. It took them 10 days to deliver a beachcaster to an address 12 miles from me. They kept saying the roads were impassible but they were actually clear for at least 6 of the 10 days!!

Hope the items are now wrapped and put away until Christmas!!
