Default Ellis Slater still operating?
Asked about salmon flytying materials a while ago and the name of Ellis Slater came up.

A search did not turn up a working phone number.

Can anyone supply me an address and phone number please so I can contact Mr. Slater?
Or has he stopped selling material?
