Default Disco fish!

I was fishing at a very well known water on Saturday and I witnessed what can only be described as a trout spinning on it's head!

One minute swimming along - the next - head down to the concrete and swimming rapidly, it's head staying down, round in circles?

Could it be:

Myxobolus cerebralis - Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia[/url]

I presume so?
