Festive fly fishing in Ayrshire

Hi all,
As an occasional fly fisherman at the moment I tend only to get out when in up North when visiting the inlaws

.
Can anyone recommend any fisheries around Ayr that may be worth a go?
I fished a match on boxing day at Dalrymple does anyone know if that still goes on?

The boxing day comp at Springwater is on,weather permitting.
