Default Sooo, fishing equipment

Ok, as a few of you have already spotted ive just started to get some tackle together so that i can start my new hobby fly fishing (and i realy realy cant wait).
I dont want to turn up with all the gear but no idea so will be getting a tutor to help me get going but also dont want to turn up under equiped.

Question is, what is the basic kit needed to get me started?
Obviously Rod, Reel and flies and polarised glasses (Cheers Neil), but what other basics will i need to get me started?

Rich

Dont worry too much about the equipment but you must remember the golden rule.

When taking your first lesson you must turn up totaly naked exept for a revolving dicky bow and a pair of sun glasses.

Cant you tell I am used to apprentices...........

do not swear when your line ends up in a crumpled heap in front of you or when it gets stuck in a tree
