West house or Jubilee?

I'm off on a little trip to Teesdale next week and having checked out local venues came across West House and Jubilee. Both look interesting - any one fish(ed) them and if so any opinions on which to go for as i'll only have time for one outing

? Any suggestions re flys hot spots etc gratefully received.

Hi sorry for the delay in replying also have a look at Witton Castle Trout Lakes or Stonebridge fisheries,Witton is open weekends only from Dec 5th.

thanks noel - Witton looks good - i'll also look at Stonebridge, another one i wasn't aware of
