at this time of year the trout are on the fry, which flies do u recomend i use to increase my chances

When trout are on the fry I tend to fish minkies and zonkers with a fairly quick jerky retrieve.

I reckon it's more about the retrieve than the fly. If you watch fry trying to escape a predator they are amazingly fast over short distances. I think we generally underestimate this speed. Even after a few decades of fishing I am still surprised at how fast I can pull a lure in fry-time and yet the trout can catch it and become hooked.
