Default Thermals

I was out fishing yesterday and although it was a nice day-clear skies
and very little wind I ended up shivering with the cold.
If I am like that now-and its not even winter yet,how will I get on when I am
grayling fishing and it is cold.
So can anyone suggest a good brand of thermals and where on line to
purchase them.

Hi MD, I am a cold bu66er as well, so I wear thermals and insulated trousers, it helps a lot, check out the Aldi ones they get good reports.

Lots of thin layers is the secret. Traps the air which keeps you warm............birdsnest

I bought the Aldi thermal breeks and a set of long johns with a thermal vest, I used them for the 1st time on Sunday; it was 0c when I started and I was very warm indeed. Well worth the money.

I bought a pair of WebTex thermals - olive green long sleeved vest and long johns, £9.99 for each item, from Genuine Army Surplus, Camping Equipment, Outdoor Walking Boots and they're both very light and very warm.
