Default new fly line

Bought an Airflo Sixth sense DI3 6/7 yesterday but there ain't any sticker on the line telling you which end is the reel end . Any lines Ive bought in the past had is a sticker , so its easy for me . Ive looked at this line and im finding it hard to work out which end goes to the reel . All my other lines have a thicker taper at the business end if you know what I mean . This line is looking very much the same at both ends
Any help greatly appreciated and sorry for being such a numpty

It should have a sticker or some indication of which end to attach to your backing, the rear taper is usually on the outside if it is spooled allowing you to wind it straight onto your spool. You could take it off the spool and run your fingers along the line to find the belly which would also tell you where the front taper is. Alternatively send it back and get one with a sticker on

As said.the line is 'normally' put on the spool with the rear of the line to hand so that you can wind it on straight away. The DI 3 has a noticeable head when you come to it.A DI7 on the other hand has no noticeable head
