Hi please excuse my ignorance, my mother has been left quite a lot of items from my uncle, in the items there is a David Eley fishing rod it is in an alluminium tube with brass ends it consists of a canvass holder which hlods 5 peices of the rod it is sighned ELEY and dated 1984 with a model number, we know he paid £2495.00 as we found a receipt dated 1985 but the man never used it once, he bought crazy things i think for investment, This is such a lovely rod i was wondering can any one help with what it is worth and the best place to sell it. many thanks in advance......... if there is any interest i will post my number..
