While i hear mixed opinions on this company i just thought i should let you know i placed an order on the 20th Oct and paid my money in good faith.
To date i have not received the goods, emails have been ignored and they dont answer the phone.
Just thought you should know in case your contemplating placing an order

They are based In Wales.

In their defence,I have dealt with them for a long time and never had a problem.

I have only met them at fly fairs in ireland and they were very nice with interesting products from Hends etc. However mail order can be messy with a lot of companies more's the pity.

Thats a real shame I used to use them a lot and seem to be one of those companies that have been around forever...

I have unfortunatly, also had bad experience with them. We order some hooks and they did not come. So we rang them up and he said, he would send them the next day but they still dident come so we tryed e-mailing them, but they egnored them as well.

I will never buy from them again.

Have had two orders take up to a month to arrive. A lot of the time this is because the owners are at trade fairs and then are not around to sort the mail order. They may be knowledgeable and have good products but mail order should be easy and straight forward.

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago. I chased it up on the phone on Tuesday because I hadn't heard anything, not even an order confirmation, John answered and he was very helpful, telling me he'd posted it the day before, he had and actually it arrived on the Tuesday while I was at work. Unfortunately an item was missing and one item wasn't what I was expecting so I will need to return it, tried calling today and couldn't get through. Hope to get a speedy resolution, fingers crossed. Still not entirely happy with the service, I don't think its appropriate to leave someone waiting nearly 2 weeks without so much as a word to explain the delay or even confirm the order. Will decide after I resolve the current issue whether to use them again or not.

Ive ordered here numerous times and had good service but not recently so its my view there must be a change in service?? for some reason.

I have used them a while and will continue to do so. No problems but it does annoy me (wherever it happens) that you can purchase items online that are not in stock and they do not bother to contact you to inform or offer the opportunity to substitute.
