I placed an order a couple of weeks ago. I chased it up on the phone on Tuesday because I hadn't heard anything, not even an order confirmation, John answered and he was very helpful, telling me he'd posted it the day before, he had and actually it arrived on the Tuesday while I was at work. Unfortunately an item was missing and one item wasn't what I was expecting so I will need to return it, tried calling today and couldn't get through. Hope to get a speedy resolution, fingers crossed. Still not entirely happy with the service, I don't think its appropriate to leave someone waiting nearly 2 weeks without so much as a word to explain the delay or even confirm the order. Will decide after I resolve the current issue whether to use them again or not.
