Was the first thing I read yesterday morning and really pi$$ed me off !! Below is my reply .....
Bang out of order !! You have a web page that allows you to order a product that you do not have in stock !! This should never happen in this day and age .
If you have gone to the trouble of going online with a web page then you should have it running to show the customer the current stock levels or atleast if you have any in stock or not .
I will be putting this up on all the fly fishing forums I am a member of warning others of this situation as it often come up as one thing that every one really hates .
As for any inconvenience ?? Well yes as I have a fishing trip arranged for next week and need this reel and spool for then !! I would say this is very ******** inconvenient wouldn't you ???
I am guessing that you lot do the same as many seem to do , advertise products online that you never actually have in stock , you then take the money for the order then order said product in .
NOT HAPPY !!!
Needless to say I have heard FA back from them
Anyway rant over but feel free to share any other stories like this
